About

I'm Kristine Sanchez Henson (she/her), Associate Creative Director – Experience Design at EY New York City's Design Studio.

I lead US and international teams of 5-10+ designers on a range of digital experiences for Fortune 500 companies across financial services, telecommunications, healthcare, manufacturing and more. I'm passionate about creating inclusive, accessible solutions through robust design systems.

I champion collaborative design teams and strive to foster cross-functional partnerships. I advocate for safe spaces where designers can share work, learn from each other, and develop their storytelling confidence when presenting to stakeholders. This passion for empowering communication extends to my community involvement as the 2024 President of EY NYC Toastmasters and my outreach initiatives with the Alumni Leadership Council for my alma mater, the Massachusetts College of Art and Design.

I am a native of Newport, Rhode Island, and I currently live in the vibrant city of Jersey City, New Jersey. When not immersed in design, I find creative fulfillment through playing my oboe, searching for new street art murals, and traveling. I'm also a dedicated mama to my 1-year-old son, Kylian, partner to Chris, and guardian to our 4-year-old rescue dog, Limoncello.
