About the Project
This project involved expanding an established consumer-facing mobile platform to serve the unique requirements of the company's business market, while ensuring a seamless experience across the Business Native App, Self-Service Portal, and Acquisition/Shop flows. I successfully led 3 distributed design teams (US, India, Italy) in collaboration with Philadelphia-based stakeholders, utilizing tools like Miro for alignment. The redesigned Acquisition experience, expanded Self-Service billing portal, and integrated Business Mobile app components resulted in a successful market launch, empowering marketing and sales while providing a consistent, intuitive experience for business customers.
