About the Project
To address knowledge gaps and inconsistent workflows for this long-standing client, our design team started to use Miro as a collaborative workspace for real-time interaction between designers and stakeholders. We also started conducted comprehensive website audits to create clear design guidelines, ensuring consistency and smoother onboarding for new team members. By emphasizing the documentation of design decisions within Miro, I fostered project continuity, resulting in reduced onboarding time, smoother knowledge transfer, increased stakeholder engagement, and more consistent design deliverables for the client.
